It’s already a great organization, the new leader will build on the success and strength of well-established core programs.

The Finance Lead plays a crucial role in supporting the organization’s success through strong financial management. They are responsible for ensuring the non-profit’s financial transactions and policies meet government regulations and standards. To be compliant and maintain transparency, they must document every transaction and follow established receipt, auditing, and other financial procedures that are crucial to the ongoing acknowledgment of the charitable status.
